I have recently been in a car accident on telegraph. A friend told me about Protech Foreign and Domestic. I was kind of hesitant because of the Google reviews. I usually go to the dealer with all my cars but my friend kept on raving about how great the owner (Mr.Dalal). Let me tell you this guy Jeff(owner) knows his stuff. You must bring your car there for mechanical and collision work. I was going to file a claim on my charger but he gave me a full breakdown. Pro-Tech is a shop I would NEVER recommend. My car ran out of gas right in front of their shop and I was stuck in the turnaround lane. Their tow truck driver came out to my car and immediately started asking about my insurance. He seemed to be very interested in the kind of insurance I had (because he asked me about 10 times). After he realized I wasn’t interested in filing any sort of insurance claim, and that all I needed was a little gas, he told me to go next door and ask for “Mike” then left me in the street !!!. I was recommended by my insurance company State Farm to go to this shop. Once I came to the shop I saw rows of cars lined up making me feel a little more at ease that maybe this is a shop that can finally be trusted. I was correct in my thinking since I received impeccable customer service and fast service. They paid my deductible and even turned my car over freshly cleaned and completely detailed with no extra charge.
If it were possible, I would give these guys 0 stars. For starters, they committed insurance fraud using my vehicle. I saw pictures the estimator took for the damages, and this "repair" shop destroyed my entire passenger side Of My car to get more money out of my insurance company. Secondly, they took over a month to just basically paint my car. They did a piss poor job of painting my car. In fact, they didn't even paint it the proper shade of grey. So now I have a multi toned car. They didn't fix all the damages they caused... read more
