I ordered a custom topper from Shane and had him do a moderate external detail on my truck. I have known him for many years but have never done business with him. He is professional, considerate, detail orientated, has vast knowledge of his products, and gets the job done right the first time. You will never need to go anywhere else! I am the owner of the 4Runner pictured and what Shane did for me defined the concept of above and beyond customer service. While Oh's shop tried to charge me a high price, only clean the surface, and wanted me to come back in regularly, Shane got me in right away as this was a time sensitive emergency and completely fixed the problem first time. Pro-tech really takes care of you. I bought a dirty car with oil stains, dirt, mystery animal waste in spare wheel compartment, dirt, stench and more dirt. I took my car to another detail shop and received mediocre work. I wanted the mud extracted out of my car and the first detail shop did not do my floor mats. I was upset that the job I had paid for was not complete. So, I decided to go to Protech to get an estimate to get my floor mats clean that the other shop didn't do.
