Kevin Conrad has cleaned our carpets and sectional sofa a number of times and has done an excellent job, especially with tough stains. He not only knows his craft extremely well, he provides you with information to help you with maintenance. He is very responsive and provides exceptional customer service. Today Kevin made our carpet brand new again. ! The added bonus He found my wedding ring that I lost so foolishly 3 months ago wedged near the leg of our BR chair I thought it was lost forever. Would never use anyone else as he’s excellent. Detailed oriented and only settles for perfection. ( and he found my ring that meant so much. )
Kevin Conrad is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Not only did he do a great job with our large area rug he gave me helpful advice concerning our dogs, who act like they are not house broken sometimes! Definitely give him a try!
