Great customer service very welcoming. David always delivers on the haircut/ beard. Excellent barber.
I showed them a video of the hair cut I wanted and gave me almost the complete opposite of what I wanted. I asked for a buzz cut with a mid fade and they took of nothing of the top off my hair and gave me a low fade

Two stars, and that is being generous. The first few cuts were acceptable. After the third visit, everything went downhill fast. Once it became clear that I am detailed and specific about my haircut, Li clearly did not want to deal with me. Either he lacked the skill to deliver or pretended not to understand what was being asked. Either way, the result was rushed, sloppy work. Every visit came with an excuse. Too many people waiting. Faded both my boys hair. One son has difficult hair to cut and they do a good job. Always leave happy. Price has gone up but they still have great service so we still come here exclusively for both my sons hair cuts
