Super quick and friendly. Great place to get your inspection done without any hassle. Took a friend's car here for inspection. I'll be taking my car here when it's time.

New Found Hope In My Car – This really is the best auto shop in Tehachapi. I came in with a spewing radiator, serious doubts about my future in car-ownership, and a check engine light that had been on and stayed on through visits to multiple other repair shops. ProTech gave me a new radiator/hoses, great customer service, and a new found hope in my car. I really appreciate the swift service, open communication, and really wonderful experience overall I had here.
I will be back! – My car needed an inspection badly, as I was overdue by a few weeks. I found this place and I waited to get my car inspected and it passed with flying colors. I will be back because the guys there were friendly, not creepy (like most auto shops appear to women).
My car finally gave out on me! The engine was done and I had it towed to the Protech Auto Service. My mechanic told me everything that was wrong in great detail and gave me a estimate. The price was amazing and he began working. He called me periodically just to let me know what was going on with it. When it came time to pick it up, I hadn't yet gotten my loans from school back and the manager did me a HUGE favor by letting me keep my car there until all my loans finalized. The staff is friendly and helpful! – If you need a smog check, this is a great location. If you arrive early in the morning during the week, you won't have to wait long. The staff is friendly and helpful and my car passed the test. :)
Amazing service!!!!!! I came in to get my brakes done and my oil changed. I could hear the screeching on my brakes and knew my brake pads were about through. I didn't want to wait and have to replace rotors so I made my way over here. I saw the excellent reviews and decided to give this place a shot. The mechanic was direct and honest.
