Great service I have been a customer of Pro Tech for 10 years. They sanitize our vents yearly, and service the A/C unit. They are always on time, professional, and polite. Our A/C quit working and they were there to fix it within the hour. Great Service!!
DO NOT use this company! I own 3 rentals and I had them do the service this year on each one. Worst money I have ever spent. They spent less than 15 minutes at each properties and did nothing to prevent or maintain the systems in each house. In fact since they have visited our homes we have had an issue with the a/c in 2 out of the 3 homes. Coincidence? i think not! If you find you absolutely have to hire them then stand right over their shoulder and make sure they do their job! Final words....use at your own risk!
Respectfully and friendly Called desperately for service due to oversea friend coming. Barbara was wonderful. Service was scheduled for tomorrow due to weather, but Barbara called back when weather cleared. Service techs were awesome. It was great to see a female technician. Everything was explained so it was understandable. Estimate was more reasonable than other companies. Price was reasonable I did not want to cry when I was writing the check. I would and will recommend this company in the future.

We have them service our unit each year, and this year we have tenants in our house, and we arranged a time for ProTech to come to the house when the tenants would be available. ProTech came out, but left without doing anything because they were mad we replaced a part and didn t use them to do it....so they just walked out. So unprofessional, our tenants made a point to be home for them, and ProTech threw a hissy fit and just left.
