It’s been more than a year since we availed of Glenn’s service, but he absolutely deserves this positive review. We had issues with bed bugs that seemed to come from nowhere. We even suspected they might be bat bugs since we live on the top floor and often hear noises in the ceiling, possibly from bats. I was so thoroughly pleased with Glen and his service. We had a big bed bug problem and it was treated within 1 visit. We had tried another business and was very dissatisfied and defeated after he left. Glen was very kind, professional and thorough. We are very pleased with the service Glenn provided, very informative, we had a bad infestation of bed bugs, it took a second application only in the bedroom just to be on the safe side. Didn't have the work that goes into chemical treatment, and only had to be out 4 hours of our apt. Great job, and would recommend protec thermal for treatment of bed bugs. Thanks Glenn.
