Horrible experience- after speaking directly with the owner who came to my house (lovely man btw) and we agreed the house and yard should be baited and the office would call me to schedule the visit…. A technician came to my house for an unauthorized visit AND WITHOUT THE COMPANY APPROVING IT and sprayed my house potentially poisoning my entire garden!!!!!!
