Scheduled an appointment, but they never showed up. Made me leave work early for nothing. Totally unprofessional. EDIT: Hello Paul, I have edited my review to include screenshots of our conversation where I originally scheduled an appointment with you for February 26, 2025 at 11am. I texted you the morning of and you stated you accidentally scheduled me for the wrong date, but you could make it around 1pm. I called and texted around 1pm when you didn’t show up, but received no response.
Paul did exactly what we asked for. He was fast and fairly priced. Highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a high quality security system.

Paul is very pleasant and trustworthy. He installed 3 cameras at our house and the job was done clean and in a timely manner. He was easy to reach and quick to respond to all my questions.
Protec HD Security installed a 10 camera CCTV system on the Fresno Gem and mineral Society clubhouse. I got five bids Paul was the only one that offered a five year warranty and lifetime tech-support was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy all the work was done quickly visible parts were painted .I highly recommend HD security systems.
