Wow that's all I can say. Backed out of my garage on 11/20 and busted my side review mirror. Called Protec and Jeff told me to bring it by same day. Quoted me a very fair price and today 11/25 the mirror is fixed...3 business days!!! That never happens!! Can't say enough about Jeff and his team at Protec Collision in Sanford, NC. They're great but I hope I don't have to return anytime soon LOL
Repairs were awaone and in a timely manner. The staff went above and beyond what had to be done
If you want professional and quality work done, this is not the place! Jeff dose not stand by his word.
If you're looking to get your car worked on, please don't take your car to this fake Auto and body repair paint shop. Not only did they mess up once and try to fix it. They messed up twice and tried to blame me for the paint not being correct because of a dent. Not until I showed him pictures of before and after he tried to take $200 off the top. The second day I came back to pick it up. I had overspray all over my truck and bed tail lights, back bumper tires and wheels and they try to give it back to me stating it was like ... read more
No one wants to have to deal with a body shop. However, you can throw those worries out the window here. Jeff and his crew are extremely professional and quick! I never expected to get the level of communication I got here either. Jeff kept me in the loop during the entire process. And then came the after care. He has now called me twice just to ensure that I am happy with his team's work. This is the place people! Stop looking and just go here.
