Dr Nye and the staff at ProSynergy Dermatology could not have been nicer. Offered solutions to issues I was having and treated me with respect and kindness. Would not go anywhere else.
They don’t take Wellstar’s Anthems Premier PPO plan. Wish they did.
Dr. Ben and his staff were so amazing! From the warm welcome to the office to just really explaining the next steps of care this visit was exceptional!
I liked Ben and the staff. However, I thought their New Patient Electronic Tablet asked a lot of questions that were very intrusive and had nothing to do with why I was there to see a Dermatologist. Such as what was my household Income, did I own my home or Rent and so many more questions that had nothing to do with my visit. It made me feel like my personal information with my age was going to be sold to some marketing companies. I was sent a bill for an amount my Insurance Co said on my EOB I didn't owe.
