Sr. Simon refused to accept Metlife PDP plus insurance rates even though he is listed as a provider. He wanted to charge me out of network rates. Insurance quoted $10,439.00 for 6 crowns. Dr. Simon wanted almost $16,811.00 The manager Dianne Rodriguez stated that Metlife rates are incorrect. So my honest opinion is the following: if you have Metlife PDP plus insurance do not go to Dr. Simon.
