I had to have more than a few fillings done at most recent visit and Dr. Hersh a was just wonderful. It's not a pleasant experience, but they truly make it easier to handle. Everyone there listened to my concerns and cared about how I was feeling.
I've had a chipped front tooth for several months. Finally got clearance from our dental insurance to have it fixed. Jeremy and his crew were terrific. He knows that I can't stand being hurt so numbed me appropriately and asked several times if I was feeling anything. They had a temporary tooth in place within an hour and promised me a permanent replacement before Thanksgiving. Everyone is always very professional, personal and friendly.
All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Charles was very thorough and went over all the procedures they did that day. I would recommend him to anyone.
My visit to Charles Dental Group was pleasant, but took a long time. It took and hour and a half to get my teeth cleaned and that is far too long.

I am pleased with the service i always receive. It is caring and honest. Cinthya leaves my teeth sparkling and always make sure to make sure my teeth are x-ray on a regular basis.
My husband is deathly afraid of dentists because of his experience as a child and Dr. Hersh with her kindness, understanding and patience she was able to get my husband through his first visit.
