I was a patient of Dr. Charles from 1985 to 2009 before I moved to Kentucky with my husband. I am now back in Citrus Heights taking care of my mother and I needed dental service and I knew right away that I could trust my care right back to the Charles Dental Group. They treated me like long lost family!
I really like Dr. Hersh, Ronda, Darla and Cynthia. Actually everyone is really nice.
My Hygienist was Cynthia and as usual did a wonderful job. Thank you Cynthia.
Growing up with a mother who was a Hygentist, I have always felt comfortable going to the dentist. I was a patient of Dr Charles before his retirement and am happy to say that the entire staff embraces his friendly and comfortable demeanor! I trust the judgement of the dentists and have never once felt they were trying to make money by suggesting unnecessary procedures! I would recommend this office to anyone!
My wife and I have been using Charles Dental Group since 1998. This group is staffed by wonderful, caring and very professional individuals... If there is such a thing when considering dental appointments, we have always found it to be an excellent series of visits! We're to the point of being treated as old friends. I have been going to Charles Dental for several years and have received excellent dental care. I am extremely impressed by my dental hygienist Cynthia. She is professional and provides excellent care while listening to your concerns. All staff working at Charles Dental are courteous and helpful.
