Our pipe leaked and Joseph arrived 30 minutes after I called him and began immediately drying the carpet, padding, and wood floor base. 2.5 days later and everything was totally dry! Joseph and his cousin efficiently put everything back together and gave our carpet a protective treatment. Would recommend them to anyone and will likely contact them for future needs.

We have use Pro Steam for many years to clean the carpets at both our office and at our home. We have recommended them to many of our friends and clients . On the last cleaning at our home this new kid was cleaning up and my wife heard a pounding and went downstairs to see what it was .The new kid had a screw driver and was pounding on the door . We have been using Prosteam for our rental property for 4+ years and they always do an exceptional job. Lisa and Joseph are very hard working and a pleasure to do business with. Over the years we have used several other carpet cleaning companies and had never really been satisfied until we found Prostream.
