At 71, my PSA kept going up and I was plagued with recurring UTI's. I had a 12 needle biopsy done - no cancer was found. My PSA kept climbing and a year later hit 20. Was supposed to have an appointment for my dad today and we waited 45 minutes in the virtual room and on hold with the office. They first said the doctor was having technical difficulties then we spoke with someone else who said they were never able to reach the doctor and that she had been texting him. The receptionist people are remote so they couldn't go find the doctor and apparently had no way to reach anyone at his physical office. They were supposed to have the doctor call us back today directly but that didn't happen... read more
