We called Jesse after shingles blew off our detached garage. Jesse arrived same day to assess. He had his team out that evening to patch our roof while we waited on an insurance claim. Prostart does top of the line work. This is the second time we have used prostart and we have been happy each time. Absolutely wonderful experience with Prostart Construction promptly fixing a leaking roof. Jesse was immediately responsive and the follow through to get the repairs done quickly is something you just don’t find from most companies today. They do what they say on the timeline that they tell you and go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the finished product. Jesse and his team did a marvelous job on my roof. They finished on time and cleaned up perfectly (even taking the initiative to set my flag back up!). During the work a small part of the siding paint was slightly scuffed and Jesse not only told me about it (I probably would not have noticed for weeks) but also arranged for it to be repaired free of charge. If you're looking for an honest roofer, no need to keep searching.
We had a big hail storm come through and we have been seeing Jesse and teams work. We reached out to Jesse and let me tell you… Him and his team delivered. Jesse was very good at communicating and sending pictures throughout the whole project. The crew on sight were very nice! An added bonus… he pulled out weeds out in the front!
