We are extremely pleased with our new roof, gutters, and shutters! From start to finish, Jesse Chalmers did an outstanding job as the sales representative. He was extremely detail-oriented, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and that we were happy with the results. Jesse was onsite for much of the project, making sure everything ran smoothly and addressing any questions or concerns along the way. He documented each step with photos and shared them with us daily. It was cl... read more
We called Jesse after shingles blew off our detached garage. Jesse arrived same day to assess. He had his team out that evening to patch our roof while we waited on an insurance claim. Jesse is on site to make sure the work is done correctly and if there is any error Jesse will catch it and fix it immediately.Jesse and his crew go above and beyond. Absolutely wonderful experience with Prostart Construction promptly fixing a leaking roof. Jesse was immediately responsive and the follow through to get the repairs done quickly is something you just don’t find from most companies today. They do what they say on the timeline that they tell you and go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the finished product. Outstanding crew and personable people all around that made the whole process seamless. Fully recommend Jesse and Prostart!
Jesse Chalmers and Prostart were referred to us through a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the work. Jesse's crew did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond in their work from start to finish. Fixing stuff I didn't know needed to be fixed. Jesse was very knowledgeable and used only the best/high-quality materials. His attention to the details was outstanding, always on site and taking pictures all along the way to keep us updated on the process. I would highly recommend Jesse Chalmers/Prostart Construction for an... read more
Jesse and his team did a marvelous job on my roof. They finished on time and cleaned up perfectly (even taking the initiative to set my flag back up!). During the work a small part of the siding paint was slightly scuffed and Jesse not only told me about it (I probably would not have noticed for weeks) but also arranged for it to be repaired free of charge. If you're looking for an honest roofer, no need to keep searching.
