ProStar responded quickly to my call. Within hours a technician on their way. Tyrone offered several options to solve the issue with a plugged kitchen drain. Someone had been pouring cooking oil / fat down the drain. He efficiently solved the issue with snake and flush. Two year warranty.
ProStar is now 3 for 3 at my house. The installation of the new furnace was smooth and on time. The guys that came were on time and very professional. I highly recommend ProStar.
I called at 2:30pm on a Sunday and by 5:15 they were here to fix my leak.
