Excellent service from start to finish! Our sump pump alarm went off a few days ago due to heavy rains which quickly filled up our sump reservoir. ProStar sent a technician over promptly that evening to diagnose the issue which turned out to be a failed older pump. Darcy called the next morning to go over options and 24 hours later a new high quality pump and alarm were installed. Ryan was clean and efficient and did a great job on the install. I had a great experience with Shawn from ProStar. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust, but I’d absolutely call him again. Very happy with everything!

Had the furnace go out in -30 (of course) and pro star had a guy out within 2 hours. Darcy was his name and super good guy. Gave me a furnace 101 which was helpful. Didn’t try to sell me on a full replacement but agreed it was time. I appreciated the non pushy sales behaviour. Got me into a new (better) furnace and the installers were super good guys. Did a great job and the new furnace has us sitting in the lap of luxury. Give Darcy a raise the guy is fantastic.

After calling on a weekend, he arrived within 20 minutes, ready to work. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions with straightforward, honest advice. Did a great job replacing my hot water tank in a tight space. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and responsive plumber.

Tyrone and Nahom were fantastic today. They arrived on time, got straight to work, tolerated my dog barking the whole time and were able to diagnose and fix my shower handle and cartridge problem all in the same day! Works good as new plus I got a bit of an education in plumbing!
