Not a good experience at all, If you ever need to get someone on the phone good luck, Being the phones always go to voice mail that says a lot about the company caring about the customer I had talked to Mr, Monroe on the phone with issues regarding my system and he blew me off several times. Thanks for the lousy service ProStar Air.
I had a great experience with Pro Star Air. I worked with Chris Gage. Chris came to my home for the first time in early October of this year. Chris did a very thorough job of looking at the Air Conditioning configuration that existed in my Home. Chris found a problem with my existing system that the builder of my home 22 years ago apparently created.
