I really love Prost’s beer, but I prefer buying it from the store and chilling it at home rather than drinking it at the taproom. Every time I get a beer here, it is served lukewarm or just not cold enough. It seems they pour the beer into glasses fresh out of the dishwasher before letting them cool down properly. really love prost—their beer and food are exceptional. but the children running around screaming around the stage area without any parental supervision have really ruined our experiences every time we have visited this location. Literally witnessed a child tonight pick up a barstool and try to hit another kid with it, to have another adult (who wasn’t their parent) stop them. We got several times our beer poured to a glasses that came out straight from dishwasher very hot. So beer was lukewarm!
Got dinner here for the first time. Food was inedible. The spatzle, the big pretzel with mustard and cheese sauce, the potatoes, all so bad. Bland and low quality. The salt on the pretzel was good.
Wall of beer taps with very helpful staff that let you try whatever you want. Food is excellent. I got the sliders which were delicious. Ate outdoors where there were misters. Brought our own drinks to the table. Were given a device to place on the table so they knew where we were sitting and food was delivered pretty quickly.
