Hospital staff are great! but Cafeteria is a disappointment
First of all parking is still a problem. We had to go for an appt and were standing at the check in desk more than 5 minutes with 2 gals checking in one person and finally said…..are you with them? Saw us waiting standing there and just assumed. We are seniors so this was an issue standing for a while. Then they had a hard time finding our coverage in their system. No help went in needing help with placing gauze in my mouth after a surgery and was told to “ just let it bleed it’s fine” if that was the case they why was I given gauze. They need better staff
I have a history of seizures. I went because I was feeling horrible with facial ticks, extreme vertigo, headache could barely communicate. I felt completely dismissed. The doctor asked me to walk down the hall in front of him and then my husband said he didn’t even watch me. He was too busy talking to somebody else.. Saw him again for maybe 30 seconds why he told me it was vertigo and to go home. and then when I get home, I checked my chart it says that during an x-ray they found that it looks like I had pneumonia in my left... read more
Months after Prosser failed to see my wife. We spent this morning in an ER in Yakima. Turns out my wife has a tumor that Prosser would have seen. Hopefully its not cancer and we can find a doctor who can remove it and do a hysterectomy.
