A professional and friendly company. They did more than the job they were hired for, they went out of their way to make first home buyers feel at ease. They were also thorough and clear with their report. I'd recommend them.

Prosser Inspections provided a first class home inspection for me. I was highly impressed with the professional and informative report. Robb was so patient in explaining the condition of the home. I left feeling confident I was purchasing a quality home because of the thoroughness of the inspection.

The entire inspection process starting from scheduling through completion and receiving the report was painless and stress free. With the already existing stress of buying/selling a home it's nice to have a competent team take care of you and make you feel like you're priority number one while providing you with clear and coherent communication. Next time I buy a home I will be using these guys

Nothing but good things to say about this company. The communication was great. They were able to get us in fast. Very professional. Very thorough on the inspection and explaining along the way. The report was so detailed, clear and easy to read as a buyer. If you are looking for an inspector for your home or as a realtor to recommend to your clients I highly recommend this company!
