Best dentist I've ever had Dr. Prosser's office is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to sit in the waiting room becuase they are always on time. But it is a very nice waiting room - sometimes I'm thinking it would be nice to hang out a bit, but I never get to. They look up insurance information for me whenever I need it and are extremely accurate every time. Everytime I call I get the receptionist immediately and never have to wait. No fresh cookies and new age ambiance here... Just the best dentist I've been to in 60 years. A month ago, I lost a crown. My old dentist couldn't be bothered for several days. Dr Prosser worked me in that day. I was delighted with him and his whole office. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. I had a bunch of amalgam fillings I'd been meaning to have replaced with composite and decided to go for it. I've never had such an easy time in a dentist chair. Patient Not just good dentistry - Excellent dentistry. Out performed other dentists in our past and has payment plan common thirthy years ago - kinder and more understanding of financial needs of his clients. Office staff superior.
Prosser Simon Dds is a fantastic Dentist by Heidi H. I went to see Dr Prosser after 10 plus years of dental neglect, while I was in Spokane visiting my mother. I was afraid of dental work because it was so painful with my previous dentist. Dr Prosser took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. He also had suggestions to help me relax which make me feel very at ease. His office staff (Katie etc.) are equally caring. Simon Prosser DDS is a superb dentist My appointments with Dr. Prosser have been uniformly positive. He understands dental fear and always explains what he is doing ahead of time so you are not taken by surprise. I fly in from Seattle to see him; I have not found a better dentist. In addition to my regular checkups he recapped my teeth and the results were beautiful! Recommended without reservation.
great dentist I recently took my Aunt here for her regular visit. She was greeted with a smile and they even knew her by name! The office was VERY clean and organized. It gave a very pleasant atmosphere. They got her in on time and were very prompt. I even learned that for new patients, they offer a free evaluation and exam. Very competitive prices!
