really innapprpriate that manager should be fired i wont go there and i hope you lose alot of potential custumers over allowing bullying!!!!! you need to make this right and not just try to slip the woman a coupon to come when what less bullys are there!!!! ughhh!!!
My son is here 5 days a week and we've had good experiences with the staff.

Once a place discriminates someone for the weight, looks, or skin tone especially by a manager I will never spend my money there
Wow! Never have been to this establishment nor will I! Shame on you all for body shaming!! Even a written apology would not make up for the damage done by your "manager" and the "lifeguards". And yes I use those terms loosely! Funny how the girls covered their rear ends when told their pics were going to be taken! If there wasn't anything wrong why did they all put on shorts!! Sad day when you can't even go to the local pool without this kind of behavior!
