First, I want to start by saying that I switched to Prospyr from another EMR that was low-functioning and had a lot of issues. Prospyr promised a seamless onboarding process and EMR transfer as part of their package, and seemed to have all the features I was wanting in an EMR system. The onboarding process took 6 weeks. Prospyr’s customer service is top notch. They really take each issue I raise seriously and it seems to me they are always striving to improve and be the best in the game. As a start-up practice, I really appreciate how they have help me set-up my system to where it really works for me. It is not a perfect system yet but I believe it will be in no time.
