Based on the TV commercials by Prospyr, I decided to visit the office in Hollywood. There I met Karina and made an appointment for a different day. That meeting went smoothly with all my questions answered and taking my knowledge to a higher level how to appreciate jewelry. I will definitely and recommend Karina's demeaner, her patience, communication and exchange with the client. It was a nice and an educational experience.
