Never gotten a massage ever in my life until i was introduced to Liz. From the getgo, very knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. Will work with you and def. helps with recovery with the regular training I do in racquetball. 100% recommend the team at ProSports Therapy
Liz and Rebecca are very, very good at what they do. They are intuitive, caring and have helped me bounce back after brutal trail races or weeks of training. I can't recommend them enough.
