I have been a tenant for 15 years at one of the Prospero Realty Properties… all the rental properties are managed very well, there are numerous renovated suites that have nice fuse and great amenities… All the property managers, including Costa, Mariana and Laura are exceptional… they are very professional and very accommodating…. I definitely recommend Prospero International Realty. you should check them out

Do NOT rent from this company - the most unprofessional, petty, vindictive management I have ever come across. The head office will yell at tenants and openly mock. Absolutely no consequences when tenants try to escalate. Property managers here are busy power tripping, and senior management does not care.

I cant say enough of Rodica and her team. Yesterday I called the emergency number to report bathroom issues. 2 hours later the problem was fixed. The promptness is remarkable. My brother and I have been in this building for almost half a century. I can confidently say Rodica is the best. She takes care of the problems of the tenants and the building in a professional manner. Stay as excellent as you are. Thank you.

Deceptive marketing. They advertise a reasonably priced apartment but then in the fine print they say the "base rate" is mich higher. After 1 year your rent goes up far higher than the kegal allowed rent increase. Of course you now live there so moving is difficult. This is extremely unethical marketing and behaviour. Avoid scummy companies that do this.

After living in Paul Y Mansion for 20 years I expect better service. Elevators had an upgrade a year ago now for the past 4 months another elevator is not working? Elevator closest to the office is dead. Why?! So much for an upgrade. Rent is too high for what the tenants expect. FINALLY a fob to press so no more reaching over to put a key in the key hole to go into parkade. Lack of security cameras in parkade, lobby, outside area.
