Great experience! From reception to the wonderful Dee for health check-in prior to the pelletting and finally Michelle Navarro, NP. Michelle is the nicest caring woman, very thorough and informative. Through each step in the process Michelle is vigilant to ensure you understand what is happening and how you may feel. She is very compassionate and easy to contact with any questions you may have. If you are considering HRT,(male or female -my husband is a patient also)I would definitely recommend this group without hesitation.
Michelle is wonderful to work with. She is so thorough and explains everything so well. I am very confident in the health plan that they have created for me. Everyone at the office has been so kind and welcoming. I could not be happier that I got started at Prosperity Health!
Dr. Hakim and Michelle Navetta go above and beyond to provide the best possible care! I went to Michelle for my teen son who had gut issues and acne. After her recommendations and protocol, his skin has cleared up immensely and his gut issues have gotten better. Everyone at Prosperity Health is amazing! I’m always treated with respect and have never been uncomfortable. Dr. Hakim is such a great listener, she absorbs and thinks before responding; and then has very intelligent and helpful answers. Since starting treatment there I feel better than I’ve felt in the last 8 years! I also meet with Dee for weight loss and control check-ins and she is always supportive, encouraging, and enthusiastic which is very helpful on this journey!
