I started seeing Michelle( gut specialist) since December. She prescribed me BHRT and at first I was sleeping good. Felt good but always felt bloated. I’ve gone in to see her and explained that I wasn’t feeling good and had a hard time eating because I was always bloated. Long story short! Great experience! From reception to the wonderful Dee for health check-in prior to the pelletting and finally Michelle Navarro, NP. Michelle is the nicest caring woman, very thorough and informative. Through each step in the process Michelle is vigilant to ensure you understand what is happening and how you may feel. She is very compassionate and easy to contact with any questions you may have. If you are considering HRT,(male or female -my husband is a patient also)I would definitely recommend this group without hesitation.
Michelle is wonderful to work with. She is so thorough and explains everything so well. I am very confident in the health plan that they have created for me. Everyone at the office has been so kind and welcoming. I could not be happier that I got started at Prosperity Health!
