I saw Andrew for couples counseling. Three months into counseling I received numerous emails for past appointments. Most emails were for days wr never had appointments for and canceled appointments that showed a rescheduled appointment that we never had. We saw him the same day and time each week so these weren’t accurate. I called him and he said he was adding this to his calendar due to some error on their end. Prosperity counseling is great! Super easy to fill out intake form, and someone reached out the next day to set up an appointment. I’ve been working with Janis for about a month now and I’ve enjoyed every session with her. She really cares about you. I’ve never had a therapist who I felt really understood what I was going through, and could truly help me with what I’m going through until I met Janis! she’s given me so many great resources and videos to watch to help with mediation and mindfulness. I highly recommend!

I wasn't even able to get an appointment and I had to deal with a slew of mix ups and confusion on their end when trying to set something up. I also had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire that seemingly had no influence on when and where they would set my appointments up. This place seems extremely unorganized.
