This company is a total SCAM. Wish i can give a zero lol. They put me on a payment plan for 3 years. I had no idea what company was I switched to online banking & saw this wierd company called DocPrepPay.com taking ***** out monthly. Come to find out it was a company designed to withdraw on behalf of a different company that led to Prosperity Benefit Services. This company have scammed me for almost 2k please do your research before trusting this company as they are here to scam you for your money. They took money out of my children mouth.

I believe this company Prosperity Benefit Services to be the former company Student Doc Pay. I have tried to notify Student Doc Pay to notify them about discontinuing services unsuccessfully. I decided to do a stop payment because they were continuing to draft money from my account when it states in their contract that I have the right to terminate services by contacting them but that is difficult to do when the company no longer exists. Completely misled by this company. They lied to me about my services, made my application go through for me under FALSE information, and then my loan consolidation still came back with higher interests rates than before. Please be aware that this company is scamming you and only wants your initial large deposit.
