This bank is very unprofessional. If it wasnt the bank my conpany used, I wouldnt even bother going to it. Not only are the people rude, but very slow. I made it to the bank 20 minutes before they closed with only 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I made it to the window, it was 12 05, and they refused to even acknowledge my presence or take my deposits. After today, I refuse to ever refer this bank to anyone.
We have banked with them for years very helpful and courteous,,, always pleasant needed a question answered it was taken care of immediately,,, would recommend them to anyone looking for hometown bank... Mike

Don't trust this bank. Even after a six year relationship with this bank, they closed my account with no notice. They did not even inform me that they were closing the account, but just mailed a letter and a cashier's check with my money. When I called to ask what happened to my account, no one would even call me back or talk to me. Beware!
This was the best bank I have ever done business with, that is until May 2007 when Prosperity Bank acquired State Bank. Prosperity has zero customer service and their website is a mess. I knew this merger was coming but I had no idea how difficult it would make my own life.
Need at least drive-up banking available on Saturdays 8am to 1pm untill well establised for Saturday lobby hours
A pretty "old-school" bank; definiteley need a more "user-friendly" and up-to-date web site.
Great customer service and they have everything I needed. Once I left there, I knew it was the bank for me!
