I’ve been coming to this location, and all the others occasionally also for a couple years. And in that time I have never, not once, had a negative experience. They have made everything easy during a difficult time in my life. Every single person I’ve had contact with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The commercial drive-thru lane was closed with a cone in the way. When I went in with the deposit from work it was around 10 minutes before I was helped. There were 2 customers up at the teller spaces when I got there. When one of the customers was finished being helped that teller walked away and didn't come back while me and at least 2 other customers were waiting to be helped.
