Just don’t do it. Worst bank ever. Horrible customer service. They don’t even follow through on their own legal documents. Run far away. Or at least to a good bank.
A very friendly place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Prosperity Bank to everyone for their banking needs. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in anything that is asked of them.
Just sat in here for about 20 minutes because they couldn't verify one of their own checks. Then they charged me almost $15 to cash. ONE. OF. THEIR. OWN. CHECKS. Worse than Chase. I'm sure they nickel and dime their own customers for profit as well. Hope I never have to deal with these thieves in the future.
