I've been a bank customer for almost year there, and I was told that they provide notary public service to bank customers. When I told Patty that I needed a notary, she asked me if I was a bank customer there, and I said yes. She responded with a surprised, "You are?", which was weird and a little rude as the surprised questioning tone implied that my statement was untruthful.
