The facility is amazing, open, welcoming. The staff is fantastic, very efficient and organized. I love their follow up and genuine concern. Dr. Sheffield is one of the best feline veterinarians in DFW. She is creative, driven, and knowledgeable. They even have a wellness room just for cats. I feel like they treat not only the pets, but provide an excellent pet-parent experience. With PTAH I don't feel like I have to "fight" for my pet to receive the care I feel that's needed. Super welcoming for our first visit, regarding a 2nd opinion on a persistent eye issue. I was immediately quoted an accurate estimate and proposal for assessment. They did 3 tests my previous vet did not mention, and demonstrated a lot of info to me in our visit that was helpful and new. We had a nice friendly conversation in addition to all the helpful info. I'll be back with my other dog, I am pleased with my experience.
After a brief altercation with another dog, we got an appointment the same morning we called for follow-up wound care. As always, the facility was clean and the staff friendly. Dr. Rooney took time to explain exactly what she was doing, and made sure we understood how to continue Bob's care. Bob was nervous, but her calm manner eased his fear. He is recovering quickly now.
We love Prosper Trail Animal Hospital and Dr. Willingham. The office is clean and the staff is efficient and always friendly. Dr. Willingham always takes her time with our golden retriever Finnegan and explains in detail how the exam has gone and is always willing to answer any questions we may have. We highly recommend and totally trust Prosper Trail Animal Hospital.
Took my dog Baldur here for the first time and all the staff was super sweet and took very good care of Baldur. They even wrote his name up on the board which I thought was adorable! Will continue to use them as our vet :)
