My experience with this property has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly urge anyone considering living here to think twice. Management consistently treated tenants with disrespect, and communication was dismissive and unprofessional. Reporting issues felt pointless because concerns were ignored or brushed off. During my tenancy, our apartment had serious problems—mold, a boiler leak that flooded the living room and kitchen, and other maintenance issues that were never properly addressed despite repeated requests. This place would do so much better if LUCY RASCON wasn’t there she has a terrible attitude towards people shes gotten people fired from her work place or has made them quit because of how she treats them and i dont see how her boss JULIE or bosses from on top of her dont see that!!! She also invicts anyone she dont like and treats them bad!!!!
We are very happy living in this apartment complex! The property manager, Lucy, is always so kind and helpful—she truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is amazing as well; every request we’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. Our apartment is in great condition, and we’ve never had any major issues. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here!
(Would give zero stars if possible.) Took a temporary job there managing the maintenance department and was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed by the property manager. Personally witnessed rude and condescending behavior towards tenants most work days… reading through the other reviews here, that seems to be the common experience. I feel fortunate I only had to work there for a month and wasn’t stuck in a lease with them.
This is not a good place to live. They charge luxury prices for a standard apartment that’s plain. The gym is tiny and only has one half working treadmill and a few other cardio machines and some weights. There is no business center or place for residents to enjoy besides the pool, which is usually closed. The sound of dogs barking all day gets annoying, especially at 6 am.
