Great place to live and very clean
My fiance and I just decided to resign our lease, Since living here there has been one minor issue that has taken a while to address, unfortunately it is what happens when their is understaffed maintenance. I have not had to deal with move out fees yet, so of course the five stars could change if we get railed; overall though the apartment is perfect sized for two people, guests, and possibly even a little one. If you would have asked me a week ago I would have given this place a 5 star rating. However, after nearly 3 years of living there upon my move-out I am now being told I’m not getting my deposit back and I owe them $185 for “cleaning and damages”. No itemized list just a vague line item. I followed up with an email and a call which weren’t followed up on. Moved back to the area, heard great things about the Palisades. Spoke to Ms. Declet who was most helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions.
Beautiful property right in the middle of town! The leasing office staff are all so nice! The last lady I spoke to had such an infectious laugh I felt right at home even though all I was doing was getting quotes for rentals
