Be prepared to be charged more than a month of rent in trumped up fees when you move out. Management is rude and condescending. The pool is closed most of the summer because they can’t figure out how to clean the water properly. Neighbors are horrible and police are constantly getting called on someone so be prepared for lots of police presence. One day they were searching the dumpster when I was trying to take out my trash 🤣. It’s a hot mess.

I love how friendly all the staffs are and the management and maintenance people always make sure to address all our concerns. A very safe apartment & would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and modern place to stay.
I did not like the place, especially because the manager was so unfriendly in how she treated tenants. It felt as if she had been paying my rent for a long time. I never saw a smile on her face. I hope they changed the manager. Prosper later changed into Palisades, and Anna was much better—I hope she ended up becoming the manager.
