For the last 1.5 yrs i rented a duplex from Prosper. We went thru a few eventful situations which were nobodies fault. Life, you know how it goes. Regardless the time was quiet, easy going and Prosper, "Erika", was pleasant, helpful and took care of any necessities with hurried response needed. I remember the toilet was backed up and they had a plummer out there very quickly. It was within the hr and he had it cleared up after appx an hour. Being septic system they can get touchy. Very pleasant people to work with!
They were able to make my tenancy very worthwhile. The staff was able to cater to all of my concerns and they made my move out stress free a lot better than my previous experience.
The process to apply for an apartment was smooth. The staff are amazing and kind, patient as well. I'm extremely happy with the apartment I was approved for. It was a very pleasant experience for me. Very little stress.
