My wife and I lived a wonderful 1.5 years in an apartment in Lakewood, a quiet, peaceful, clean place, good neighbors, and most importantly, a wonderful lake nearby with a beach and clean water. Erika and Yelena made our move-in process incredibly smooth we applied on the Monday before thanksgiving & we were moving in that Wednesday. We’re incredibly grateful for their assistance. The maintenance team is also among the best we’ve encountered as renters. They’re proactive about repairs and excellent communicators. We moved here from Texas, the service has been above reproach. Yelena and Erika have gone out of their way to help us find a home. They are in constant communication making sure that everything is going perfectly. They see you and value you. There is no other company that I would rather work with being out here. My wife and I highly recommend. Also any maintenance issues they are on top of it! Love this place and these people!
