Awesome folks to work with!! Fantastic communication, very personable, and beat the offer of a big corporation so I was happy to have the opportunity to work directly with an individual. Drew took the time to get to know me and check on me while we struggled through two deaths in the family on top of having to sell our home. Absolutely a bright light in a storm.
I have huge respect for the folks at Prosper. They go above and beyond to truly help people that end up in difficult situations. This is an industry where sometimes people get taken advantage of instead of being helped, so it's a breath of fresh air knowing they have integrity and bend over backwards to be helpful.
I can't say enough about James Brown and all he did for me... After 1st speaking to him, I was impressed by how nice and very understanding he was. I was in a n extremely difficult spot and under a boulder with other parties involved in my sale. Really positive experience with this company. Drew worked untiringly to iron out processes that entailed a difficult tenant at one of my rental properties. So glad that I stumbled upon this company. Definitely highly recommend and will use in the future.
Drew was good to work with and they closed much faster than we anticipated. They had the highest of 3 offers we received on the house. We closed 3 1/2 weeks after signing offer.
