I have been going for ketamine treatments for about a month now. I love it. Berenice patiently explained the process and assured me the best results. As someone who has had major depression most of my adult life, I found the ketamine treatments to be the most effective treatment I've ever had. If you’re not going to answer the phone, how are you supposed to get my business? Called multiple times, very frustrating. You need a better phone system, doesn’t even have a voicemail.

I’ve had 2 sessions now and have to say it’s amazing! So relaxing and out of body experience. The staff ladies are amazing, polite, and make you feel comfortable. They also check on you but also leave you alone as much as possible so you can get the full uninterrupted experience each time. The private rooms are comfortable and clean and the temp is just right.
