Prosper Care was the best Home Care service I ever worked for Mr. Doug is the best
In the 6 years we’ve used them we’ve had to use all our sick days (3 of us) and vacation days for call outs or no shows. I know my mom is difficult with her dementia, but she needs reliable care which we just can’t seem to get from this company. I wish they would hire more employees who are reliable and can SHOW UP when they’re supposed to. We’ve been without a caretaker for a week now:
