Heck of a job Prosper and mutual aid companies with that brush fire going this morning. I've been listening to my scanner radio since 940 this morning and drove by shortly after that on my way to drop my baby at daycare. Command is doing SOOOOO well. Great teamwork guys & gals.
Firefighters from Station 2 made a visit to our neighbor's house in Savannah this evening. Once the fire was under control, they noticed our little boy mesmerized and took the time to show him all the cool stuff. So friendly and nice! Glad we have them here!
This Awesome group of Firefighters responded to a call at our house about 6 months ago. We're senior citizens & had just returned home from a weekend trip to find the fire alarms warning us "to get out, fire". The professionalism, reassurance & downright kindness shown by the Firefighters was almost overwhelming! We still thank them immensely! They are the Best!
Our youngest son is obsessed with fire trucks and fire fighters! We took him to drop off cookies a few weeks ago and no one was inside. Every one was on a call. As we were walking back to our car, one of the trucks pulled in and stopped right by our car. One of the firemen jumped out and greeted us while the other one pulled the truck in.
