Absolutely love it here in the summer. It's spectacular as well in the winter - that is if you don't need to drive anywhere on snowy days. The trash service refuses to pick up for certain addresses when it snows - based on the warning sign in front of my driveway. I don't blame them I don't like going up and down my driveway or street either. The only downside is getting in and out of the addition in the winter. Many unfortunate events. They DO provide snow removal when there is two inches or more snow.
