The units are fine but management has very poor communication skills. It’s very cold in the units and they don’t turn the heat on for the building until a certain date in the fall so keep that in mind if you run cold. They do provide space heaters but it’s not really sufficient for the whole place. In the second unit I stayed in, they had a fan, not a space heater, but they kept telling me it was a heater even though it only blew cold air. The Prospector Condominiums in Aspen, CO have the perfect location right at base of Wagner Park with a beautiful view of Aspen mountain. Walking distance from Matsuhisa, Cache Cache, Van Cleef and Arpels, The White House, and other great Aspen restaurants and shops, one rarely needs to utilize the underground parking garage, as the best of Aspen is right at one's doorstep. Best location , best views, very reasonable. Friendly staff. The building has not been updated and needs renovation. Recommend it. 👍
