Sommelier is to wine as Gerard is to property. We had very specific needs including but not limited to wide doorways for Mom's wheelchair and Gerard found us everything we wanted and needed in a property. He is also prompt in returning all methods of contact; email, text, call and the best part about working with Gerard is that he isnt pretentious. Working with Eric Callahan was a fantastic experience! He was always available, patient in answering my questions, and guided me through the entire process with ease. Eric negotiated an off-market price with the builder and stayed engaged even after closing to help resolve issues quickly. His communication, market knowledge, and professionalism are top-notch—I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
I would not recommend working with Eric Callahan at Prospective Realtor Inc. When I first met Eric he seemed personable. Months later I showed for an opening and he used the same listing sheet to give a false representation of who visited the property that day. Such an odd lie to tell but definitely a preview of what was to come. 1. Doesn't even show up for closing a house. 2. Didn't even tell me the other party countered. 3. Happened twice - as soon as I stepped out to back yard during inspection, he locked the door out so I can't go back in and finish the inspection, response: "oh i thought you are done."
