The ac doesn’t work in the building hallways. It’s 85 degrees and the elderly have to walk up and down these hallways this is not good for them. Please fix the AC!!!! 7/28/2024! Now it’s 10am 8/21/22 it’s managements day off and she locked the laundry room. Now residents who are needing to do laundry can’t. This is not ok. Something needs to change. New maintenence supervisor is the husband of the manager, he has been threatening and combative with tenants that have lived here for years who are elderly and disabled. He even threatened to take away my neighbor's hose because he thought she was watering her plants too much. He's a psycho. Many neighbors don't like him already and we may file an official complaint to the company's superiors against the manager's husband.
