This place is amazing when it comes to making the patients feel welcome and comfortable! My nurses name was Kim and she was amazing ! I’ve brought my daughter here as well and Kim always takes great care of us, she is honestly the best nurse around here in Ashtabula. Thank you guys for all your help
Great experience with the doctor. She listened, was concerned and care was exceptional. Not a long wait either. Would recommend!!
Receptionist was really mean and rude, was not professional when I called because they chose to lie about taking my kids insurance and now they want to charge me $150 for the visit. I would suggest you go somewhere else and save your money!
The front desk receptionist was the most rude, unpleasant and unhelpful person I’ve dealt with in a medical facility. The front desk staff previously misinformed me about accepting my son’s insurance and now trying to charge me for their mistake. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place! If I could give them a negative star I would.
