The building is clean and spectacular. The front desk crew is on point! Miguel, Franklin and Raul are special! This rating is solely on the board of directors and the lack of competence and compassion that they have! I highly suggest anyone buying or renting here to understand that this board makes the rules as they please and answer to no one! Be careful and clear of how terrible this board is!
