Do not rent from Four Star!! They were involved in a recent lawsuit for wrongfully charging tenants. The apartment itself is fine in quality. It took me and my roommate 2 months and calling everyday for maintenance to come out to fix our move in maintenance. And it continues to take too long to fix the majority of our requests. Along with them refusing to fix a request but marking it as "completed". No visitor parking and minimal assigned resident parking with tow trucks frequently coming by. Do not rent from them. We moved from out of state and signed a lease sight unseen which was our first mistake. Everything that was advertised to us and shown online of the unit that we signed on was of a completely different floorplan than what we got. When we walked into the apartment it was nothing like what we were promised. We wouldn't have signed the lease if we knew we were getting a different floorplan. Hidden fees everywhere.
